Exhibitor-Passes (Exhibitor wristbands)
For up to 25m² of booth space, 2 wristbands per day are included in the rental price; for each additional 25m², the exhibitor receives one additional wristband per day. Additional wristbands beyond this must be ordered at an extra cost.

A unique code for all guests and customers of the exhibitor. This code can be used multiple times by the exhibitor’s guests and customers to obtain discounted tickets. There are no costs incurred for the exhibitor.

High-quality printed tickets at CHF 19.–
The desired number of printed tickets will be sent to the exhibitor by mail approximately 4 weeks before the SCW. The number of tickets sent will be invoiced to the exhibitor.
Parking: (Parking-Tickets for personal vehicles behind Hall 1 & 2, per Unit CHF 60.–, 3 days valid)

The above prices per m² of booth space are plus CHF 5.–/m² for disposal and cleaning of common areas during the event. All prices are plus 8.1% VAT.
A floor covering is mandatory for every booth in halls 1, 2, and 4. Additional exhibition construction services are offered separately by our booth construction partner. However, these services can also be obtained through other providers (e.g., your own booth builder).
If a co-exhibitor (or 'subtenant') shares your booth with you and conducts sales, a flat fee of CHF 420.– will be charged for administration, listing in the trade fair magazine, exhibitor passes, etc. Changes are reserved. The general terms and conditions (AGBs) of SWISS CLASSIC WORLD are an integral part of this registration and are accepted without exception. By registering, the exhibitor confirms that they have received, read, and fully understood these terms and conditions.
